Official Block Chain Explorer Update

We have updated the official block chain explorer. Insight is functioning perfectly now.

・ Version was updated from 0.2.11 to 0.2.18.
・ At the same time, the database of insight and the FujiCon block chain were refreshed.
・ German has been added.
